Job description
Speedwell Construction, Inc. in Matthews, NC seeks an organized Project Coordinator to support project teams and keep tasks on track. This full-time role is based in our Matthews office with occasional travel to jobsites.
You will handle contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, meeting minutes, startup and closeout docs, plus enter invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, communicates clearly, and thrives in a team.
