Job description
Job Title: Construction Project Engineer
Darland Construction Co. is looking for a highly motivated Construction Project Engineer (PE) whose role will be to support the project management team to ensure a successful construction project.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Construction Management/ Construction Engineering or a Construction Management Certificate from an accredited university
Applicable internships and field experience preferred
Candidates must have working knowledge of MS Office 365, CPM scheduling, and construction
management software (preferably Procore). Additional training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Maintain, update and distribute construction documents (RFIs, ASIs, PRs, etc.)
Help maintain organized and safe worksites
Review, expedite and track submittals
Attend job site meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Assist in preparing bid packages, issuance of contract documents and invoice approval
Assist in producing and updating project schedules
Assist in resolving design issues
Schedule and document client training for new systems and equipment
Manage project closeout process, including owner training and archiving project records
Field and manage warranty requests
