Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Bedford Hills, NY. The Construction Project Manager oversees metal construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and safety requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing materials and subcontractors, reviewing drawings and contracts, and monitoring progress on-site. The role also involves tracking costs, preparing reports, resolving issues that arise during construction, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors. The Construction Project Manager supports continuous improvement in field operations and helps maintain quality standards across all active projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Project Management and Construction Project Management.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management.
Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
Experience with metal fabrication, structural steel, or related construction disciplines is beneficial.
Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
