Project Manager
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + Benefits + 401(k) Match + PTO

A leading general contractor serving the Colorado Springs market is adding a Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth, with a focus on Commercial, federal, or related construction projects.
This firm has earned a strong reputation for delivering quality federal, commercial, and industrial work and currently holds a healthy project backlog —making this a great opportunity to join a stable GC.
The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams.

Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and government representatives to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
Handle contract review, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other key project documentation in accordance with federal reporting standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in construction project management
Ground-up project experience on federal, commercial, or industrial construction projects
Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
