We are seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support major water/wastewater construction projects, including a new $38M water treatment facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project schedule, budget, cost, risk, and overall execution
Oversee field operations, subcontractors, procurement, and project buyout
Manage owner relationships, pay applications, reporting, and project documentation
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams
Lead project meetings and resolve operational issues
Support project safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant construction/project management experience for PM level
7+ years preferred for Senior PM level
Water/wastewater, treatment plants, heavy civil, utilities, pump stations, process piping, or industrial construction experience preferred
Strong financial, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software preferred
Degree is preferred but relevant experience may substitute
OSHA 30 is not required at hire
