Job description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a high-voltage electrical modernization project the Lake Charles site. This person will lead project management efforts for the revitalization of high-voltage switchgears and transformers. Hands-on experience managing electrical infrastructure upgrades within an industrial or manufacturing operations facility is REQUIRED

Key Duties:
Manage and coordinate high-voltage electrical switchgear/transformer replacement and modernization activities
Coordinate construction, engineering, contractor, stakeholder, and general project schedules
Monitor costs, schedules, safety, and quality of project
Perform risk assessments to facility operations and create action plans to address concerns
Support project planning, execution, installation, and closeout activities
Provide project updates and ensure completion in a safe and efficient manner
Required Experience
Strong Project Management and/or Construction Management experience in industrial environments
Direct experience with high-voltage switchgear and transformer replacement or modernization projects
Experience managing electrical infrastructure upgrades, preferably in an operating industrial, manufacturing, or heavy-industry facility
Strong contractor coordination and field execution experience
Ability to work onsite in Lake Charles 3 days per week for an approximately 6-month assignment
Experience supporting EPC-led projects.
Experience with brownfield electrical upgrades or modernization projects where ongoing facility operations must be considered. xhqgsiq
Strong understanding of construction safety, project controls, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
