Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver ground-up and capital construction projects ranging from $2M to $30M+ . The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initial planning and design development through construction, commissioning, and closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects, including feasibility studies, design development, bidding, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.
Review shop drawings, submittals, contracts, and change orders to ensure quality and compliance.
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong focus on schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up and capital projects valued from $2M to $30M+.
Strong experience with design development, procurement, bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, and Bluebeam.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Experience delivering industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, automotive, office, or similar facility construction projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
OSHA Certification.
