Novara Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects specializing in Roofing, Impact Windows & Doors, Remodeling, and General Construction.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages jobs.
We are looking for a leader—someone who understands construction at a high level, takes ownership, solves problems, leads people, and treats every project as if it were their own business.
This is not a typical 9-to-5 position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, build a career, and become a key part of our leadership team.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in residential construction
Strong experience in Roofing, Impact Windows & Doors, Remodeling, or General Construction
Professional ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and construction blueprints
Strong understanding of all phases of residential construction
Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspectors
Strong knowledge of budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and cost control
Ability to negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
Experience taking accurate field measurements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
Computer proficiency and experience using construction management software (JobTread experience is a plus)
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
Review construction plans before work begins
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries
Maintain project schedules and budgets
Ensure projects meet Novara Construction's quality standards
Perform quality control inspections
Order materials and manage purchasing
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Communicate professionally with homeowners, office staff, and field crews
Take field measurements when necessary
Upload project updates, photos, documentation, and reports
Resolve field issues quickly and professionally

This is primarily a leadership position. However, we believe the best leaders are willing to step into the field when needed. From time to time, you may be required to visit suppliers, verify measurements, inspect projects, coordinate materials, or assist with operational needs to keep projects moving forward.
