Your new company and role
We are partnering with a national general contractor who is a specialist in large-scale retail projects to hire a Construction Project Manager in New Jersey.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
Support the site and project management teams with day-to-day construction activities
Manage and maintain plans, submittals, RFIs, and other project information in Procore
Work closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep information current and construction activities moving forward
Participate in project meetings, training, site coverage, and other team responsibilities as needed
What you'll need to succeed
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field, with approximately three or more years of relevant experience
Experience reading construction documents and supporting field coordination, project documentation, or related technical work
Proficiency in Procore
Availability to work on site in the New Jersey Metro area
What you'll get in return
$100–130K Base/Health/401K
