Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead and execute high-rise luxury residential and large-scale commercial ground-up projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale commercial and high-rise construction projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local government agencies
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and provide regular reporting
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Supervise, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects
Experience with steel and concrete construction required
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety protocols
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
