Job description
Pepper Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Indiana to lead safety, direction, and the financial outcome of private-sector construction projects from budget through closeout. You will coordinate with Field Supervision and Project Management, ensure client satisfaction, manage budgets, bids, and subcontractor agreements, and drive on-site quality and safety across multiple projects.
