Job description
MasTec is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate energy and utility infrastructure projects that help power communities and connect essential services. You’ll guide projects from planning through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, resources, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Track progress, address risks, maintain documentation, and keep stakeholders informed while ensuring work meets safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. MasTec offers hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure work and opportunities to grow into technical and leadership roles. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field and relevant project management experience are preferred. Field presence and travel may be required.
