Dobco is a New Jersey-based General Contractor with 35+ years of experience delivering large-scale commercial, institutional, educational, and government projects throughout the state. Our projects range from $40M to $250M+ .
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from ground-up through completion .
Responsibilities
Manage projects from ground-up through closeout, including schedule, budget, contracts, and overall execution
Work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyout, and project documentation
Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall performance
Lead project meetings and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and moving forward
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
Proven experience managing commercial, institutional, educational, or government projects
Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, budgets, and schedules
Procore experience preferred

We’re looking for a hands-on PM who knows how to run a project and takes ownership from the ground up. This is a true General Contractor role for someone who wants to be involved in the work, not simply oversee it from a distance.
