Construction Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor Winchester, VA | Full-Time | On-Site
Well-established, award-winning general contractor looking for a Project Manager for their Winchester, VA office. This is a stable, growing company with a strong reputation in the Mid-Atlantic, a steady pipeline of work, and a culture that values long-term employees.
As Project Manager, you'll own projects from preconstruction through closeout, working across sectors like healthcare, commercial, education and industrial.
What You'll Do
Manage projects (ranging over $50M) from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and quality
Partner closely with superintendents on schedule, sequencing, and site coordination
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
Experience delivering ground-up and/or renovation projects
Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent field experience
