Job description
Haydon Companies is seeking a Director of Quality to develop and manage the quality strategy across all construction operations. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and company benchmarks while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
The role partners with field leadership to drive quality KPIs, implement robust QA/QC processes, and lead a team of QA/QC personnel and field staff.
