Construction / Real Estate Development Accounting Analyst
Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst with a Construction Development background to join their team. Duties include: responsible for completing construction draw schedules and compiling the supporting documents, creating development budgets given direction from the executive team, tracking pre-development costs, performing ad-hoc analysis as needed. The position will report to the VP of development. Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance, Real Estate Development Accounting Experience.
