Job description
Shaw Construction is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and grow the company-wide safety program on active projects across Colorado. This hands-on, field-facing role partners with senior leaders, project teams and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture and reduce risk.
The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Safety & Health (or equivalent) and 3+ years of construction safety experience, plus OSHA 30 and CSP/CHMM certifications. Expect travel to project sites and a competitive package.
