Job description
Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead safety across 10–15 active commercial construction projects. You will oversee approximately 105 employees and multiple subcontractor teams, conducting inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure OSHA compliance.
You will deliver OSHA training, manage incident investigations, and lead regulatory documentation, while partnering with project managers to mitigate hazards and drive a strong safety
