Job description
Mortenson is seeking a Safety Manager I to oversee the Zero Injury Safety program across multiple project sites. You will provide leadership, direction, and support, mentoring Safety staff and coordinating with project teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's in safety or related field and several years of construction safety experience; CSP certification preferred. Travel up to 100% and strong communication skills are essential.
