We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between sales and construction — someone who's just as comfortable working with customers as they are understanding how a project comes together.
This role works directly with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to design, quote, and guide custom bathing space projects from concept through completion.

Sales & Project Development
* Meet with customers to understand their space, goals, and budget
* Provide recommendations and customized solutions based on needs
* Prepare quotes and proposals using established pricing tools
* Convert approved quotes into project orders
Project Coordination
* Partner with construction and project teams to ensure smooth execution
* Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates with customers
* Act as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Customer Experience
* Guide customers through design, product options, and build considerations
* Build trust through a consultative, solution-based approach
* Support follow-up and post-sale relationship building
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in construction, remodeling, or trades
* Background in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles
* Ability to understand materials, project flow, and build considerations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Benefits
Bathing Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our teammates' health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including:
Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance
* Company-paid life insurance, with voluntary disability and supplemental coverage options
