Overview
Construction Senior Project Manager position for $10M+ projects in Tampa with a $100M+ Commercial General Contractor. No travel required. Competitive benefits, bonus, and truck allowance. Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Lead construction projects (typically $10M+), managing scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop and manage project plans, procurement strategies, and site logistics.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction management
Experience with commercial construction required
Experience with complex renovations and ground-up projects preferred
