Job description
We are currently working a GC client who has offices in Allentown, PA, Newtown, PA and Burlington, NJ who is looking for a Superintendent with experience in commercial projects.
Direct Hire
Benefits, bonus, 401k, etc.
Projects: Industrial, Warehouse, Retail, Data Centers, Distibution Centers, and more.
Project locations: PA, NJ (some travel)
Ideal candidate experience: GC, sitework, owner's rep, construction management company.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough knowledge and experience with commercial and industrial construction
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to read and understand contracts
Effectively manage field changes and resolve field issues in a timely manner
Well organized
Excellent communication skills
Show initiative and motivation
Works well with others, but can also tackle duties independently with confidence
Proficiency in using logic to problem solve in situations where immediate guidance isn’t available
Ability to be a leader
Punctuality
Familiarity with safety procedures and standards on a job site
Travel to project locations
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
At least 5 years of Superintendent/Foreman experience on commercial projects
BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
OSHA Certification
KNOWLEDGE, xhqgsiq SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong technical and communication skills are critical
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
