Job description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing and highly respected general contractor delivering high-quality commercial construction projects throughout the Colorado area.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from project commencement through completion.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Coordinate daily field operations, schedules, and logistics.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively to minimize delays.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and project objectives.
Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
Foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project partners.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
Experience working within a trade (ideally carpentry)
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex project activities.
Proficiency with construction management software is preferred.
OSHA certification is a plus.
