Job description

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Superintendent to be part of the team for a once in a lifetime type project. Phase 1 is $800M and the project covers more than 100 acres and will be an iconic and resume building project for all involved.
Requirements:
7+ years experience working in the field as a superintendent with a focus on structure and ground up multi-family projects.
Experience building projects in the $50M+ range preferred
Must be a team player and enjoy working on large and complex projects
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of construction projects
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
