Superintendent - Corporate Interiors
Join a growing mid-sized GC based in Manhattan as a Lead Super running your own commercial interior jobs.
Projects will be based in Manhattan and will include corporate interior fit-outs, hospitality, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and infrastructure upgrades. Typical projects are in the $2m-20m but have included several $100m+ projects in recent years

You'll join a company that is expanding into other states including Florida and Georgia, and continues to grow in New York City

About you
Minimum 5 years as Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
Experience working on corporate interior projects in NYC
OSHA 30/ 62 HR SST
Procore proficiency is preferred
