Job description
I'm working with a reputable South Florida contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex institutional renovation projects within occupied and active facilities .
This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who excels in coordinating renovations while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations and maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all on-site construction activities
✅ Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
✅ Manage project execution in accordance with plans and contract documents
✅ Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings
✅ Provide daily reports and progress updates
✅ Assist with schedule management and RFI coordination
✅ Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are achieved
Requirements:
✔ 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
✔ Proven experience delivering institutional renovation projects in occupied buildings
✔ Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, logistics, and client coordination
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple trades in an active operational environment
✔ Must reside within a reasonable commute of the Miami-Dade area
