Construction Technician / Waterproofing & Exterior Systems Installer
Oklahoma City, OK
DOE Full-Time | Overtime Available | Long-Term Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable individuals with at least 1 year of construction-related experience to join a growing team specializing in waterproofing, exterior building systems, and sheet metal installation.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in construction, commercial building maintenance, waterproofing, sheet metal, metal buildings, concrete, framing, or other skilled trades who are looking for stable, long-term employment with room for advancement.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain waterproofing and protective building systems
Work with sheet metal, flashing, trim, and related materials
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, and fit materials according to specifications
Assist with exterior construction and repair projects
Follow safety procedures and job site requirements
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of construction, waterproofing, sheet metal, or related experience
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience
