Job description
Performance Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support training processes at PCI Dallas 114 operations located in Midlothian, TX. This role will ensure training delivery, records, and compliance across the site.
You will develop training schedules, track progress, respond to training requests, and help design criteria for training and testing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, OSHA 30, and strong communication and organizational skills.
