At ATC, we believe strong communities and a reliable electric grid go hand in hand. As a Public Engagement Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping people understand how transmission infrastructure supports economic growth, reliability, and the energy future of the communities we serve.

This is more than a communications role. It’s an opportunity to influence public understanding, build stakeholder trust, and help advance critical infrastructure projects that power homes, businesses, and communities across our region.

ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. We trust our employees to get work done where and when it makes sense, depending on the schedule for the day and the needs of the business. However, this role is not 100% remote and would require relocation to Wisconsin.

What You'll Bring

Experience developing and executing digital communication strategies

Strong content creation, storytelling, and editorial planning expertise

Experience managing website content strategy, and digital platforms

Experience, including demonstrated success, establishing a social media strategy, followership, and engagement

A track record of communicating complex information in clear and engaging ways
