Job description
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Los Angeles, CA for 8 hours/week. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical nutrition assessments and care planning within our long-term care community.
You will document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, and contribute to wound and weight-change recommendations. A flexible schedule and competitive pay accompany this engagement.
