nOur EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in serving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting, actual financial consolidation and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions.
nWe'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization - starting with key business issues they face. This is an expanding area of our practice with high growth and plenty of opportunities to enhance the skillsets of individuals looking to build a career.
nAs a Senior in Enterprise Performance Management, you will be the linchpin in translating business requirements into technical realities. Your expertise will shape the architecture of solutions to align with business goals, making a significant impact on our project delivery. You'll find yourself evaluating solution architectures, coordinating junior colleagues, and interacting with clients daily, possibly leading client workstreams.

n nTo qualify for the role, you must have
nnnA Bachelor's degree
n
nn2-4 years of relevant experience
n
nnA minimum of three years' experience in providing consulting experience
n
nnWorking knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape, tools including AI capabilities(e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik)
n
nnProven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
n
nnDemonstrated experience in solution design
n
nnOur candidates have a variety of backgrounds including:

nnControllership and Financial Reporting support
n
nnFinancial analyst and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support
n
nnSystems Admins for EPM solutions
n
nnLong range, strategic, AOP/Forecasting or capital planner
n
nnSystems implementation consultant
n
nnStrong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
n
nnA willingness to travel to meet client needs
n
n nIdeally, you'll also have
nnnDegree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred
n
nnStrong ability to build and manage relationships
n
nnEffective communication skills
n
nnTrust-building capabilities with clients

nnnThe salary range for this job is:
n
nnNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $122,900 to $204,900
n
nnBay Area California offices - $128,100 to $213,400
n
nnAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $102,500 to $187,900
n
nnIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
