Job description
Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Lending Specialist to review consumer loans for compliance and quality assurance, using the Consumer LOS and various loan platforms. You will perform credit analysis, communicate decisions to customers, and support daily Direct Lending operations.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a related field, 1+ year in lending or underwriting, and strong attention to detail with an ability to adapt to regulatory requirements and cross-functional collaboration.
