Position: Customer Service Agent (Remote - WORK AT HOME)
Job Description: We are looking for permanent staff to work from home as part of our customer service team. Selected candidates will assist our customers in English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
40/hours each week
Responsibilities:
Provide remote customer service in English and Spanish (other languages will be valued).
Assist customers throughout the car rental process, answering questions and managing any issues.
Efficiently handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Deliver an exceptional service experience that reflects our values.
Other administrative and support tasks within the customer service area.
Requirements:
Advanced level of English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Stable internet connection and adequate equipment for remote work.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the car rental or tourism sector.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
