Job description
Join in on pioneering procurement AI agents
Since 2019, Pactum has been at the forefront of transforming enterprise procurement with groundbreaking Agentic AI. We are not just automating a process; we are leading the industry in redefining how companies negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Our AI agents work around the clock, collaborating seamlessly with humans to discover negotiation opportunities and close supplier deals at scale. Trusted by over 50 of the world’s largest enterprises, including Walmart and Rolls-Royce, we deliver tangible value, drive agility, and unlock hidden potential. Ready to make an impact? Join our passionate, global team and be part of a bold mission: to bring trust, transparency, and automation to every supplier negotiation.
The Role
As a content engineer, you'll use generative tools to produce work a traditional marketer physically couldn't: visuals, video, and formats that would have needed a production team and a studio a year ago. You'll operate across the full surface area of the brand: website, product launches, events, social, customer stories, and much more, because a category-defining company can't afford a content function that only does one thing well.
Your daily adventures will include
Build content across every format.
Make people stop scrolling for. Use tools like Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, and generative audio/video to create content that looks and feels like nothing else in procurement software.
Own moments, not just assets. Turn a product launch, an event, or a customer win into a real content arc across web, social, and in-room experience.
Think in category terms. Every piece should push a point of view about where procurement is going, not just describe what Pactum's product does this quarter.
You'll create systems that let us automate the repetitive tasks around content creation using AI, so we can spend more time on creativity and refinement.
Engineer content for conversion and awareness. Every piece of content has a job in the funnel and we want someone who can engineer content to stop the scroll but also build content that helps sales close.
Mine Gong calls, customer signals and platform data for original insight and turn it into content that gets cited.
What You Bring
1-3 years making content professionally: in-house, agency, startup, media, or as a creator with real work to show. We care far more about the work than the job title.
A portfolio with at least one thing in it that made someone uncomfortable, argue with you, or say "you can't post that." We want to see the edge, not just the polish.
Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, ElevenLabs, and others.
Strong writing instincts and the range to move between a customer story, a press release, and a meme without any of them reading like the other wrote it.
A bias toward shipping fast and scrappy: a belief that done is better than perfect.
Why Pactum?
Procurement has never had a company trying to make it interesting. Pactum is defining how AI can fundamentally change the operating model. We're AI-native, not retrofitted to look like it, which means we move fast and push boundaries to define the art of the possible. You'll work close to the founders and leadership, with real ownership over how the company shows up in the world, from day one.
This is the place for you if...
You're driven to push boundaries and want your work to make a tangible, industry-changing impact.
You thrive in a mission-driven, curious, and collaborative environment.
You want to help shape the narrative identity of a category-defining AI platform trusted by the world's largest companies.
Our commitment to you
