Content Planning CoordinatorDisney's Direct-to-Consumer team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment, bringing The Walt Disney Company's best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.The Disney+ Programming team leads content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights to support a cohesive, strategic approach to content across the service.What You Will DoAs the Content Planning Coordinator, you will support the global Disney+ Content Planning & Scheduling team within Disney+ Programming. You will help maintain and audit planning databases, localization intent, global dates, and day-to-day content changes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative, diplomatic approach. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Content Planning.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and help create databases, reports, and documents for leadership and internal stakeholders.Communicate with internal partner teams to support day-to-day updates and change management.Track and audit international title plans within Disney+ tools and ecosystems.Maintain accurate title-planning data throughout each title's lifecycle.Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed.Required Qualifications & SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in content scheduling, slate planning, content strategy, or a related field.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with data governance and data interpretation.Experience building, refining, and iterating high-impact pitch decks and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in roles and processes that are not clearly defined, constantly evolving through self-reliance and resourcefulness.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.Knowledge of and passion for The Walt Disney Company's segments, brands, and franchises, with an understanding of the elements that drive audience engagement.Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style.Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital media or entertainment, including subscription video on demand (SVOD) or linear television.Experience using Airtable.Required EducationBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.Additional InformationThis role is based in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
