Job description
The Continuous Improvement Training Lead supports the CQI Program Director in the Indiana Department of Health's Office of Performance Excellence, leading agency-wide Quality Improvement training and helping divisions strengthen processes through data-driven improvement. The role involves coordinating QI training events, managing learning pathways, and guiding staff in applying QI tools to operational challenges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the agency.
Key qualifications:
7+ years of experience in similar role applying program knowledge and quality improvement principles
Ability to develop and implement new principles and policies with understanding of far-reaching implications
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of accounting and budget principles
Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, manage workflow, and develop employee skillsets
