Contract Administrator / Office EngineerJacobs is seeking a Contract Administrator / Office Engineer to provide comprehensive contract administration, document control, and project support services for professional service and construction contracts supporting Los Angeles World Airports Capital Improvement Program at LAX and Van Nuys Airport. This role supports project execution from initiation through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesContract administration and complianceManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, task orders, and project recordsMonitor contract performance, funding and schedules; maintain documentation in PMWeb and document management systemsCoordinate stakeholdersPrepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and presentationsSupport project managers and field teams; assist with security badge processing and administrative activitiesAdditional duties as assignedHere's What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Contract Management or related field.Two or more years of contract administration, project controls, office engineering or project support experience.Strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office, and document management skills.Preferred QualificationsPE preferred but not requiredPMWeb experience, knowledge of LAWA and City of Los Angeles contracting procedures, Bluebeam proficiency, airport or transportation project experiencePMP, CCM, AACE, LEED or similar certifications.The base salary range for this position is $7,990.00 to $109,000.00.
