Contract AdministratorThe Pattie Group is looking for a talented individual to join our Administration Team as a Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is capable of achieving results in a very fast-paced and changing environment. We are looking for a Contract Administrator who will embrace our culture and add to it. This is a challenging yet fun position for someone who has a desire to learn and grow.Contract Administrator Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily Job Duties:Answer phones, take new leads, direct callsProcess approved contracts into the CRM SystemApply payments to invoicesReport generationReview the progress of jobsMaintain record management systems (physical and digital)Maintain departmental workflowGeneral office filingWeekly Job Duties:Prepare client statements and mailMake calls or write letters when necessary to clients regarding outstanding balancesAccount reconciliationMonthly Job Duties:Process client billing and mailQualifications:Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, CRM softwarePrevious contract processing experience requiredExceptional organization & communication skills (written & verbal).Can-do attitude with a willingness to dive in and try new things.Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.Successful Attributes of a Contract Administrator:High judgmentTenacityStrong organizational skillsExtremely strong communication abilitiesPassion for the details and process developmentSomeone with unusually strong skills of anticipationSense of urgency and willingness to helpA relentlessly collaborative and positive attitude!
