Job description
Role Overview Apply technology-contract expertise to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems used in real-world legal work. This remote, part-time contract opportunity focuses on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, with direct impact on how AI identifies risk, interprets contract language, and delivers precise legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities Complete simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves model performance and precision.
Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
Partner with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
Help shape how advanced AI is trained, evaluated, and applied for legal practitioners.
Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
At least 3 years of experience with technology contracts, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications Previous exposure to AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
Work Terms Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
Compensation $80 to $130 per hour.
