Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorneys to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on broad based business immigration matters, including: Adjustment of Status, RFEs, IV & NIV matters. Role anticipated to go through end of year with opportunity for extension.

Description
This role is focused on supporting the upcoming AOS surge (Adjustment of status) and will be primarily responsible for reviewing a high-volume of cases.
Reviewing Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases
Broad based business immigration work (IV, NIV)
Profile
JD or LL.M. from US law school
Admission to US State Bar
Immediate availability
Experience reviewing cases, particularly AOS (adjustment of status cases)
Experience with IV/NIV and RFE matters helpful
