Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN Med Surg for a travel / contractposition in Glens Falls, NY. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:Range $2200 to $2350 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg, Tele
Shift: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p – 7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 or 4 shifts per week, every other weekend(48 hours per week available)
Position Requirements:
Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
Med Surg Nursing experience: Recent/Current 2 years – Required
Float to other units including Med-Tele units and Oncology units - Required
Oncology experience – Highly preferredbut not required
Prior Travel / Contract experience – Required
Covid Vaccinations - Encouraged
Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:
ASN or an equivalent – Required
BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
RN License for State of NY - Required
BLS Certifications from AHA- Required
Job Description:
Provide all aspectsof Nursing care for patients in Inpatient Med Surg Units and float to otherunits including Med Tele and Oncology units as needed
RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzingassessment data, establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishingpriorities of care, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providingsafe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses tointerventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordancewith knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation
Assesses ormanages the care of patients, or provides direct patient care.
Records informationconcisely, accurately and completely.
Participates inmultidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
