Brief Description
Transglobal Services is seeking experienced independent land professionals to support current and upcoming client projects. This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement and is project-based, with work assigned based on client needs and project scope. This role is focused on supporting land administration deliverables, including document preparation, data management, and project tracking efforts.
Scope of Work
Project-based Deliverables May Include
Organizing and maintaining land-related records and documentation for active projects
Updating project materials such as maps, exhibits, spreadsheets, and tracking reports
Preparing easements and other land-related documents based on defined project requirements
Supporting land data entry, verification, and database management activities
Assisting with document tracking, abstract coordination, and file organization
Conducting landowner record searches and general research as needed for project completion
Preparing correspondence and supporting documentation associated with land rights acquisition
Supporting project closeout deliverables to meet client and company standards
Contractor Expectations
Operate as an independent service provider and maintain control over how work is performed
Deliver accurate and timely work in alignment with project scope and deadlines
Utilize their own tools, systems, and resources unless otherwise defined by project requirements
Submit billable hours or deliverables based on agreed project terms
Work on a project-by-project basis with no guarantee of ongoing or continuous work
Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience in land administration, real estate, legal support, or similar work preferred
Strong organizational and document management skills
Experience working with spreadsheets, land data, and project tracking tools
Ability to manage deliverables independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
