Advise business partners on federal contracting risks and requirements, including compliance, records, audits, government property, intellectual property and data rights, cybersecurity, domestic sourcing, pricing, changes, claims, disputes, and closeout, as applicable to the contract.

Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate legal terms, resolve contract issues, communicate status, and drive timely decisions and approvals in accordance with company policy and delegated authority.

Maintain and continuously improve standard contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, policies, approval workflows, and contract management materials, with clear standards for both commercial and government contracting.

Develop and deliver practical training for Sales and other customer-facing teams on contract review requirements, risk identification, escalation protocols, federal contract obligations, and compliant contract administration.

Use data, operating rhythms, and continuous improvement methods to strengthen cycle time, visibility, consistency, recordkeeping, and audit readiness across the contract lifecycle, while supporting disputes, investigations, and corrective actions when needed.

Requirements
