Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative treatments and exercises intended to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries. You will develop personalized treatment plans, may prescribe pain-relief strategies, and teach patients exercise techniques to improve mobility and health.
The role includes coordinating with the rehabilitation team, maintaining comprehensive patient records, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory and clinical requirements.
