Job description
A leading staffing firm is seeking an IT Support professional for a 3-month on-site contract in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support roles and must possess solid imaging skills along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Candidates should be comfortable working in corporate settings and familiar with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365. This role requires both technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
