Job Summary: Occupational Therapy AssistantAssist the Occupational Therapist in implementing selected components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client as directed by the Occupational Therapist or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort.Job QualificationsMinimum Education: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.Minimum Experience: Graduate of Occupational Therapy Assistant ProgramCertification: Current Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinkingTime managementJudgment and decision makingService orientation
