Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Radiologic Technologist -X-Ray for travel /contract position in Petoskey, MI. Accepting both local and travel candidates. This is a weekend only position (Fri, Sat, Sun of each week)

Pay Rate:Range $1900 to $2270 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit:Radiology, Imaging
Shift: 8 hours; Nights, 5.30p - 6.00a
Schedule: 3 x 12 -hour shifts of 5.30p - 6.00a . Fri, Sat and Sun of each week. 36 hrs per week. A rotation of one week of call per month of 11p-7a weeknights
Position Requirements:
2+ Years of Radiologic Technologistexperience – Required
Experience with OR - Required
Experience with X-ray- Required
Travelor contract assignment experience -Required
Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:
ARRT Certification – Required
BLS Certifications from AHA- Required
Job Description:
Performs a variety of imagingprocedures consistent with established policies and procedures at atechnical level typically requiring general supervision
Gives straightforwardexplanations and instructions to foster a sense of comfort and confidenceto patients and ensure the needs of individual patients are met.
Operates and maintains allassigned imaging department equipment including but not limited to x-ray.
Positions patients and usesradiologic equipment to correctly capture the images requested by aphysician.
Accurately performs all imagingexams as ordered in accordance with established policies, procedures,regulations, and laws; ensures the physician on duty is notified of theresults.
