Description:
Contract position for a pharmacist.
Schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Role requires providing pharmaceutical care and medication management.
Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders.
Counseling patients on medication therapies.
Collaboration with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This position is for 5 days a week.
