Job description
Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeks a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner in the United States. You will perform live 30-minute video intakes, follow-up visits, and psychiatric evaluations with medication management.
You’ll refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching as part of coordinated care. You will serve children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds, delivering culturally responsive care.
