Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract PMHNPs or PA-Cs to join its nationwide contract provider network. You will perform intake and follow-up psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management for both children (0–17) and adults, within a culturally responsive framework.
The role emphasizes collaborating with Lyra’s platform to coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching, while operating in a flexible, patient-centered care model with options for in-person care in Conway, SC.
